Delivery Terms

Delivery Area

  • Delivery service is limited to the local Hong Kong area (excluding outlying islands, frontier closed areas, and receiving locations without lift equipment).

  • Overseas delivery is not available at this time.

  • The scope of delivery includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and designated outlying island areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport;Not applicable to the following outlying island areas: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monasteryand Tai O and any area where trucks are prohibited from entering.

  • If the delivery address does not have a lift directly to the floor, an additional HK$40 will be charged for each floor;  

  • PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Delivery Fee

  • Free shipping on any care order purchased online.

  • Free delivery for online purchase orders over HK$1,000.

  • Customers who purchase products online with an order amount of less than HK$1,000 are required to pay at least HK$70 for express delivery.

 

Delivery Time

  • The goods will be sent out within 5-7 working days after the order is confirmed and paid {excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays}.

  • We will send the tracking number to the customer by email after the product is delivered.

  • If the product has arrived at the delivery address and no one has signed for it, we can arrange delivery again, but the customer must pay an additional shipping fee based on the amount invoiced by the shipping company. If we still cannot contact the customer after 5 working days, the order will be canceled and no refund will be arranged.

  • The delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, region or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged separately.

  • All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant items.

  • If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email prior to delivery or collection.

 

Special arrangements under the epidemic

If there is a confirmed case at the delivery address, it will not be delivered to your home.

Customers can choose to collect with the delivery man outside the main entrance of the building, or arrange delivery after 14 days.

 

Inclement Weather Delivery Arrangements

The delivery date may be changed or delayed due to delivery conditions and weather. The delivery date is subject to the information provided by the courier.

In case of Black Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above,Delivery service will be suspended until further arrangements and notices will be made.

 

Please note that LABelle will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by delays or omissions in delivery due to the following circumstances

  • If there are force majeure factors during the delivery process, such as: bad weather and traffic conditions, etc., the delayed delivery time will be handled according to the current logistics notification status.

  • We will do our best to deliver the goods to the designated place on schedule, please sign for the goods within the designated time.If the customer requests to put the goods outside the door, any loss caused by this, we are not responsible.

  • If you choose the home delivery method, please be sure to fill in the recipient's name, address and contact number correctly. If the delivery is returned due to incorrect input, the customer must pay for the resend shipping fee.

  • If the buyer has not received the product within 7 days after receiving the delivery notice, please contact us.

  • If the home delivery product has not been received or is absent for a long time, the home delivery company will return the product. If the product is required to be sent again, the shipping fee incurred for returning and resending will be paid by the buyer.

  • Please be sure to pay attention to the delivery information of the ordered products. If the return status is not received, absent for a long time or rejected, the transaction will be rejected in the future.

We reserve the right to amend, add to, delete, replace or update these terms and conditions (changes) at any time and you agree to be bound thereby. Changes will take effect immediately when they are posted, and the release form is not limited to posting on this website, traditional or electronic mail. You agree to check these Terms periodically to be aware of any changes. Any changes to these terms govern your use of this site. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the terms of use.

The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice; if there is any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
